**Key Account Manager** - Onc**ology (Haematology**)**

This role will be 100% Field based - German speaking part of Switzerland)

Then AstraZeneca might be the one for you We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager proficient and experienced in being a strategic and scientific partner and an advisor in the Haematology field.

Our focus is building a leading position in a area with high unmet medical needs. Therefore, AstraZeneca continue to drive leaders in developing, manufacturing, and delivering innovative options to a multitude of cancers. We will need a robust global commercial presence to ensure broad access and use of AstraZeneca’s treatment options across Haematology cancers. Above all, we will need an exceptional team.

**What **you’ll** do**:
**Other responsibilities include**:

- Acquiring and leveraging a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
- Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
- Utilize marketing and medical assets and campaigns for your customer engagement plans in digital and F2F communication
- Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
- Develops ideas in co-operation with customers and execute customer facing projects that add-value to patient care and improve treatment pathways

**Essential for the role**
- Strong track record in pharma sales and/or marketing, launch experience is highly preferred
- Prior Oncology experience desired (Haematology cancers preferred but not limited too)
- Good strategic and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with different commercial and digital channels
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- Good knowledge in market ethical rules
- Fluency in German and English is a must, French is a plus
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent, in Science and/or Business
