**Who are we looking for?**

**What you’ll do...**

Manage all commercial and customer related activities in acute major bleeding in the West Switzerland. This includes promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and regional partner relationship management.

Coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales Force Leadership.

Expand existing and build new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives.

**Your profile...**
- Proven pharma sales and/or marketing experience
- Proven Patient Centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
- Prior therapy area experience desired (neurology, acute care)
- Good strategic and analytical skills (strategic account management)
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with different commercial and digital channels
- Open attitude and using innovative ways to support business growth (e.g. virtual interactions, usage of all digital channels)
- Ready to move outside of the comfort zone by proactively seeking coaching and feedback from others
- Good knowledge in market ethical rules
- Proficiency in French and ultimately German, good level of English
