**What you’ll do**

In this role you will be a key leader in shaping our plans, responsible for all commercial, customer related activities to improve lives of patients suffering life threating DOAC related bleeding.

You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers in Switzerland with the cross-functional team. This will include promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and stakeholder relationship management.

**The Position**

**Your role in helping us protect those vulnerable will be to**:

- Lead cross-functional team to ensure industry leading launch and execution for brand
Develop and maintain network of customer/KEE contacts and AstraZeneca to generate market insights and guide ongoing strategic and tactical plan
- Work collaboratively with medical and regional/global teams on launch and execution requirements
- Work collaboratively with the market access team to secure reimbursement/hospital funding to successfully secure and optimize Switzerland patient access
- Support building team capabilities such as key account management and hospital market understanding to ensure optimal access and utilization of brand
- Uphold a best-in-class commercial mindset and cultivate an inclusive high-performance environment that values and leverages diversity
**Qualifications**
- University degree in science and/or business
- Specialty care marketing experience is preferred, including brands that are commercialized exclusively within account/hospital landscape
- Minimum of 1-year of pre-launch/launch phase brand marketing (2 to 5 years) is preferred
- Experience building and executing digital multi and omni channel strategies including unbranded campaigns
- Possess strong commercial acumen and executional excellence in strategic thinking/implementation, forecasting and budgetary responsibilities
- Success track record of cross-functional team leadership with well-developed understanding of regulatory as well as hospital and payer environments
- Experienced collaborator with inclusive leadership style and proven ability to work successfully within a diverse team
- Proven strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
**Reporting to**:
Business Unit Director, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic (CVRM)
