MHETRA is an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization which supports pharmaceutical, medical device, and life-science companies in gaining and maintaining market access globally.

We are currently looking for a Business Process Supervisor who can complement our team. Must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves for professionals who work in this field. required skills/experience/qualifications: degree or experience related to business development, marketing, sales, customer relationship management processes, and team management. Optional qualification/Skills that would add value: past experience working in the life science, medical device, pharmaceutical service industry. Knowledge of or experience with service business process Quality Management Systems (QMS) i.e. ISO 9000. Drafting and implementing work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Experience with Service Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC).

Role responsibilities:

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target.
- Aspiring business development managers must have basic technical and computer skills.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Training business development staff

We are seeking support for several projects we are currently working on, the following expertise is required:
Years of Experience: 5 years or more for Entry to Mid Career level position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: CHF60,000.00 - CHF85,000.00 per year
