For a longer term project at our client‘s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Business Project Lead - AM / Payments

**Your Qualifications**:

- **In-depth knowledge of the payments area and related controls, including an understanding of key payment risks**:

- **Strong understanding of the Asset Management business and operation process flows**:

- **Experience in controls design, implementation, and testing, particularly of SOX controls**:

- **Proven experience of internal/external audit and/or other assurance/attestation work**:

- **Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to work independently with a variety of stakeholders to design, implement and test controls, and present findings**:

- Know-how to define business requirements, propose solutions aligned to industry best practices,s and ensure global consistency in design
- A result-oriented, hardworking personality who can work on own initiative whilst also working under pressure to deliver on time, combined with an outstanding interpersonal skillset
- Working experience with core banking organizations and platforms is advantageous
- Ability to navigate a way forward through uncertainty and ambiguity with a positive mindset, embracing change
- **Fluent in English**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the project in close alignment with the Payment Officer and local representatives within AM global to reduce fraud payment risk
- Define and implement a strategy for the future of payments
- Establish governance and maintain regular information and decision-taking groups
- Complete payment process and system Inventory (including the establishment of a maintenance process and responsibility)
- Develop and roll out a firm-wide risk identification framework with new control standards based on group-wide policies
- Implement payment key controls in the context of SOX and CAF incl. action plan
- Introduce a payment metrics and oversight model
- Plan, design and prioritize solutions to payment control gaps identified from ongoing work, including integration with existing projects and deliverables incl. plan of systems changes
- Work with control owners to understand, document, implement and test controls across multiple geographies and business areas
