**Project Leader Operational Excellence**:

**Deine Hauptaufgaben sind**:

- Selbständiges Führen von Operational Excellence und Digitalisierungs-Projekten inklusive Projektadministration
- Verantwortlichkeiten für Prozessverbesserungen in definierten Geschäftsbereichen
- Projektleitung diverser „Special Projects“, wie beispielsweise Prozessverbesserungen und Softwareeinführungen in sämtlichen Unternehmensbereichen, Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen an die Unternehmung etc.
- First Point of Contact für das Business im definierten Prozessbereich inkl. implementierter Softwarelösungen bei Fragen oder bei neuen Anforderungen
- Initiierung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainingsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Nutzung neuer Tools und Prozesse
- Analyse von Problemfeldern und Entwicklung von zielgerichteten Lösungen
- Sicherstellung, dass Projekte im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie stehen und diese unterstützen
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um eine harmonische und zielorientierte Projektdurchführung zu sichern

**Was wir von dir erwarten**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Projektmanagement oder Unternehmensführung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten, vorzugsweise im Bereich Operational Excellence, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projekt
- und Change-Managementmethoden und -Werkzeugen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und ganzheitliche Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation und Motivation von Teams, Konfliktlösungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Kompetenzen in Moderation und Präsentation, Lösungsorientierung, Konfliktfähigkeit, Offenheit, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Belastbarkeit unter Druck
