The Position At Roche/Genentech Pharma Product Development Global Clinical Operations (PDG), we are determined to transform drug development and realize our Pharma Ambition to deliver 20 transformative medicines addressing diseases with the highest societal burden by 2029.  The Opportunity Lead the development and execution of enterprise and program-level strategies (e.g., IxRS, eCOA, Knowledge Management or Patients), ensuring alignment with patient and trial needs. Drive strategic and people leadership to embed learning, process, and system excellence across PDG and accelerate delivery of enterprise-wide priorities. Develop and implement strategies for Clinical Operations Excellence initiatives that support our business objectives. Lead the development and execution of enterprise and program-level strategies (e.g., IxRS – technology that manages randomization, enrollment, and drug supply in clinical trials; eCOA – digital outcome assessment platforms for capturing reliable patient, clinician, or observer data; Knowledge Management; or Patients), ensuring alignment with patient and trial needs.  Provide subject matter expertise on a range of strategic activities to support the execution of our clinical trial infrastructure across different regions. Identify and drive continuous improvement and change management activities to solve complex problems and embed change within the organization. Participate in or lead vendor identification and build strong relationships to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials and/or enabling projects Drive strategic and people leadership to embed learning, process, and system excellence across PDG and accelerate delivery of enterprise-wide priorities. Who You Are Recognized as an expert within multiple areas of clinical trial infrastructure. Deep working knowledge of other business functions and an understanding of the upstream and downstream impacts of decisions. Proficient knowledge of and ability to ensure adherence to ICH, GCP, and regulatory guidelines across clinical trials and programs.
