**Clinical Lead for Drug Delivery Systems**

A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking an ambitious and passionate individual to support their clinical trials by defining and executing the strategy for drug delivery system selection. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key authority, responsible for the selection and evaluation of drug delivery devices to be utilized in their worldwide trials.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be the SME for the selection and subsequent assessment of drug delivery devices/systems used in complex global clinical trials (injection pumps, syringes, needles, infusion lines etc..).
- Define and implement global strategy for clinical drug delivery devices.
- Conduct drug-delivery device compatibility tests.
- Collaboration with a cross-functional matrix team (clinical, QA, RA, safety) to ensure timely delivery of trial objectives.
- Leadership of a Clinical Drug Delivery Device sub-team to perform device selection/assessment.

**What do you bring to the table?**
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in clinical drug delivery system selection.
- In-depth knowledge of medical devices within a clinical trial setting, including all relevant regulations (e.g. EU MDR, 21CFR part 820, ISO13485).
- Demonstrable familiarity with challenges associated with choosing fit for purpose drug delivery devices from FIH to Phase IV clinical trials.
- Experience setting up clinical trials.
- Graduate degree.
- Fluent English.
