We are looking for a proactive and innovative Office Experience Manager to oversee and elevate the daily operations and overall atmosphere of our offices. This role is instrumental in fostering a vibrant, comfortable, and highly functional work environment that prioritises employee wellbeing and embraces sustainability while leaving a lasting, unforgettable impression on visitors and employees alike. - Proven experience in facilities or office management, hospitality, food service or a similar role. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams, vendors, and external partners. - A passion for creating exceptional employee experiences. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to office facilities. **Canteen Management**: - Service Excellence: Oversee company canteen, ensuring outstanding service and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. - Menu Development: Collaborate with catering staff to provide high-quality, healthy, sustainable and diverse meal options tailored to employee preferences. - Feedback Loop: Regularly gather and analyse feedback from employees to continuously improve canteen offerings and services, with a focus on health and sustainability. **Facilities Management**: - Work Environment Optimisation: Design and maintain functional, inspiring spaces that support productivity and creativity, including collaborative areas, quiet zones, and relaxation spots. - Sustainability in Design: Integrate eco-friendly practices into office operations, such as energy-efficient lighting, recycling programs, and sustainable materials. - Furniture and Amenities: Ensure the office is equipped with ergonomic setups and amenities that promote physical and mental health. - Budget Management: Plan and manage the budget for office improvements. with an emphasis on sustainable and wellness-driven investments. **Employee Experience**: - Inspiring Atmosphere: Lead initiatives to ensure the office reflects a modern, innovative, and vibrant work culture. - Event Support: Partner with internal teams to create memorable employee events, celebrations, or wellness activities. - Aesthetic Excellence: Regularly assess the look and feel of the office, implementing enhancements to maintain a polished and impressive environment. **Sustainability and Wellness**: - Green Practices: Promote environmentally friendly practices and champion initiatives that align with corporate sustainability goals, including waste reduction and energy conservation - Wellness Initiatives: Implement wellness-oriented features such as meditation or relaxation zones, fitness resources, and access to mental health support.
