We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant/ office Assistant to join a prestigious Finance company. This permanent role is based in GENEVA and requires someone with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Administrative Assistante / Office Manager - 100% Our client is a well-established company. As a small-sized organization, they offer a close-knit working environment and a focus on excellence in their field. Description - Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly. - Handle administrative tasks, including correspondence and document management. - Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner at reception. - Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team. - Support in organizing events and internal office activities. - Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. - Work collaboratively with team members to support the BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES department. Profile A successful Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant should have: - A background in administration, office management, or a related field. - Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of administrative tools and software. - Experience within the finanicial sector is an advantage. - A professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
