Notre client, une entreprise dynamique basée à Genève, recherche
**un(e) Office Manager à 100%**

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Assurer la gestion quotidienne du bureau (accueil, courrier, fournitures, organisation des espaces).
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les courriels entrants.
- Coordonner les agendas, organiser des réunions et gérer les déplacements.
- Assurer la gestion administrative liée au personnel (suivi des absences, dossiers RH de base, etc.).
- Suivre et traiter les factures fournisseurs ainsi que les notes de frais.
- Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) pour les prestataires et partenaires externes.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'Office Manager, Assistant(e) de direction ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et sens des priorités.
- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office, Outlook, Excel).
- Esprit d'équipe, sens du service et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
