About the job- Lead the development, deployment and management of corporate strategy guidelines governing all variable compensation plans (Short-term & Sales Incentives)- Analyze incentive plans performance, track and advise on accrual levels.- Monitor incentive plans effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements- Stay up-to-date with the latest thinking, trends and leading practices in the external market in relation to Performance and variable pay strategies.- Support with the preparation of Compensation Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Law, HR or equivalent- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- Experience with incentive programs and performance management- Proficiency in Excel and Workday- Being a financial acumen is a plus- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
