As Procurement Manager, you will execute sourcing strategies for the assigned sites (15 sites in EMEA) and categories as defined in the Category Strategy roadmap, and as directed by the Procurement Manager Lead. The assigned scope is generally broad in nature over multiple sites.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Project management, procurement aspects of supplier qualification, risk mitigation programs, and appropriate implementation of the source-to-pay process inclusive of customer-centric support content and preferred payment methods.
- Leading supplier management activities and carrying out supplier compliance activities for assigned suppliers.
- Achieving annual saving targets and categories, developing value plans, supplier management and compliance activities.
- Nurturing customer relationships while demonstrating close collaboration and alignment with category group leaders and global strategic sourcing managers.
- Contributing to the global category teams in the development, communication and approval of sourcing strategies, collecting and providing regional business requirements and regional supply market information and supply practices.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in cost, project and supplier management
- Purchasing process knowledge
- Skilled in quantitative and financial analysis
- Solid understanding of purchasing fundamentals
- Strategic sourcing process participation
- Experience with direct materials (Resins, Chemicals) is desired
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Drive for results
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
