With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
**As Connected Medication Marketing Manager EMEA, you will **provide vision, strategy and leadership in the development and execution of the BD MMS Connected Medication Management strategies across EMEA region. You will manage the overall organizational strategy including the value proposition, service offering and portfolio life cycle to optimize market penetration, development and share of category within our software solutions. Requirement to build, locate, develop the appropriate partners who are fundamental in delivering regional / country CMM projects.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and own the commercial strategy of the Connected Medication Management business across the region.
- Supports Business Development Executives within the region, developing activities whilst using and developing segmentation and targeting materials for ongoing C Level discussions.
- Develop and own the commercial strategy of Software Enterprise Solutions across the region.
- Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a strong marketing team.
- Consistently delivers results by both effectively managing their marketing budget and setting important metrics to ensure the proper execution of plans.
- Provide marketing expertise through specific and advanced set of skills and knowledge, e.g. branding, marketing communication, product and portfolio management, market planning and execution and validated market research across region and in country.
- Provide in-depth knowledge on market trends and size, key influences and driven strategies.
- Develop deep customer and market insights to enable fact-based decisions and guide strategy and execution.
- Articulate and guide market development and crafting working with other partners in the region, and build a strong team of Medication Safety KOLs, advocates, and Reference centres.
- Develop alternative pricing strategies and, possibly, customer risk share models in accordance with the BD overall company objectives and goals.
- Collaborate and work effectively with the EMEA MMS marketing and commercial leadership teams to support strategic imperatives and go to market approaches.
- Engage cross-functional teams, such as clinical, regulatory, supply chain, public-policy and work with Global Platform Teams to drive and support relevant projects and provide key information to develop targeted strategies and tactical plans.
- Develop and maintain expert market and portfolio knowledge and support country teams with relevant portfolio information and training initiatives as appropriate.
**About you**:
- Confirmed experience in medical marketing required
- Supervisory/leadership skills required
- Significant commercial experience in C-Suite within the healthcare environment, including confirmed marketing experience with a track record of driving sustainable growth.
- Proficiency in English, a further major European language is a plus.
- Availability to work away from home for up to 35 % of the time.
- International or European experience and ability to work in a matrix organization.
