Business Process Supervisor

MHETRA is an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization which supports pharmaceutical, medical device, and life-science companies in gaining and maintaining market access globally.
We are currently looking for a Business Process Supervisor who can complement our team Science/Engineering/IT degree, past experience/qualifications with team management, process improvement, service industry, and/or past experience working in the life science, medical device, pharmaceutical service industry. Knowledge of or experience with service business process Quality Management Systems (QMS) i.e. ISO 9000. Drafting and implementing work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Experience with Service Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC).
Role responsibilities
- Possess ability for business management
- Possess knowledge of organization’s culture and structure
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization
- Ability to build on the vision of the business organization
- Reviewing and developing technical files and quality management systems
We are seeking support for several projects we are currently working on, the following expertise is required:
Years of Experience: 5 years or more for Entry to Mid Career level position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: CHF70,000.00 - CHF95,000.00 per year
