**Job description**

MHETRA Sàrl is a US- and Swiss based international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization which supports pharmaceutical, medical device, and life-science companies in gaining and maintaining market access globally. It assures the success of its customers and partners by:

- managing and supporting their business operation processes; and,
- producing, managing, and delivering business services on their behalf.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and results-driven **Business Process Supervisor **withOptional qualification/Skills that would add value: masters in business administration (MBA). Past experience working in the life science, medical device, pharmaceutical service industry or health care field. Past experience and/or qualifications in with bookkeeping, hr, payroll, IT, web design, and or marketing. Knowledge of or experience with service business process Quality Management Systems (QMS) i.e. ISO 9000. Drafting and implementing work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Experience with Service Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC).

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

- Proven experience in accounting in small businesses.
- Strong knowledge of accounting laws and procedures in Switzerland.
- Computer literacy in accounting software.
- Confirmed experience in recruitment.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Strong research skills.
- A keen eye for details.
- Very good command of English.

Years of Experience: 5 years or more for Entry to Mid Career level position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: CHF60,000.00 - CHF75,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
