Sie geniesst ein ausgezeichnetes Image im Bereich Planung, Realisierung, Betrieb und Unterhalt von Infrastruktur- und Energieanlagen. Als Partnerin von Energieversorgungsunternehmen und der Industrie realisiert sie den Ausbau von sehr großen Energie\-Infrastrukture Projekten im Höchst‑, Hoch‑ und Mittelspannungsbereich. Wir dürfen unsere Kundin im weiteren Ausbau der schweizweiten Energieanlagen unterstützen und suchen für unser Team einen / eine Fachspezialist Energie-/Elektrotechnik – Prozessdokumentation (m/w). Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung von betriebsinternen Weisungen und Vorschriften sowie die Dokumentation von Prozessen (Business Process Management) in einer mittelgrossen Unternehmung. Sie werden gründlich in Ihr neues Arbeitsumfeld eingeführt. Aufgrund Ihres Know‑hows und Ihrer Erfahrung werden Sie mit entsprechenden Projektaufgaben betraut. Mit Ihrer lösungsorientierten und methodisch kompetenten Arbeitserfahrung unterstützen Sie anspruchsvolle Projekte und Teilprojekte. Ihr Aufgabenbereich: Eigenständige Erstellung und Überarbeitung von dokumentierten Informationen (Prozesse, Vorgaben, Weisungen, Checklisten, Schulungsunterlagen usw.) der Business Unit Grid Infrastructure (Priorität auf Safety Relevanz). Themenlead für ausgewählte inhaltliche Fragestellungen und erarbeitet unter Einbezug der Stakeholder eine Lösung. Systematische Erfassung bestehender Dokumente und Überführung in einem einheitlichen Layout und in eine strukturierte Dokumentenablage. Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit und Aktualität der dokumentierten Informationen und regelmäßige Prozessreviews durchführen. Ihr Profil: Elektrotechnische Ausbildung (Fachhochschule, Technikerschule) Wirtschaftsingenieur oder gleichwertig Erfahrung im Erstellen von betriebsinternen Weisungen und Vorschriften sowie die Dokumentation von Prozessen (Business Process Management) Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse Elektrotechnik, über Energieübertragungs- und Verteilsysteme, Kenntnisse Themen wie Arbeitssicherheit oder betriebliche Sicherheit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Gute Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse vorteilhaft Ihr Wohnort ist in der Schweiz Eintrittsdatum: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Arbeitspensum: 80‑100 %. Anstellung: Feststelle.
