Lead Global SAP Process & Solutions Architect – Supply Chain Management Healthcare Industry (Ref. 2691) – 12 months contract Join to apply for the Lead Global SAP Process & Solutions Architect – Supply Chain Management Healthcare Industry (Ref. 2691) 12 months contract role at AurigaVision AG. Our client is a globally active pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Switzerland and a well‑established international supply chain network, recognized for innovative solutions and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Lead the definition, design, and rollout of strategic SAP initiatives and related process models Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cut-over phases for global projects Develop comprehensive implementation plans covering all supply chain functions and integration strategies Drive end-to-end process design across global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives Create detailed process documentation, solution presentations, and system design materials Ensure compliance with SAP standards for business processes, data models, and configuration guidelines Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement efficient SAP solutions supporting supply chain execution Act as the key integration point between supply chain, IT, and other stakeholder functions for SAP projects Identify and resolve design issues through negotiation and consensus-building across teams Oversee integration testing and troubleshooting activities for SAP and related subsystems until resolution Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders Contribute to strategic roadmaps for core business processes in partnership with process owners and senior leadership Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain, Management, Technical field, or related discipline; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and enterprise SAP implementations Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies Proven track record in leading complex, global projects with cross‑functional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, FDA) and biotech/pharma processes Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Operational Excellence (e.g., APICS, Lean Six Sigma) Carmen Aczél is looking forward to receiving your application documents via our job portal (CV, diploma, reference letters; no motivational letter necessary).
