**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen für das Online
- und Mobile Banking und unterstütz führende Banken bei der Gestaltung und Entwicklung ihrer digitalen Kanäle
- Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse und empfiehlst Lösungen für die Kunden
- Du analysierst Kunden
- und Produktanforderungen und entwickelst Konzepte
- Du unterstützt die Entwicklungsteams bei der Implementierung von Features mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Know-How
- Du berätst Banken zu neuen Trends und regulatorischen Anforderungen

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung als Business Analyst oder in einer ähnlichen Position, z.B. als Product Owner, Business Consultant oder Application Manager
- Du bringst grosses Interesse und Kenntnisse über die Digitalisierung im Banken
- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld mit
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung mit agilen Projekten und Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
- Hands-on-Mentalität mit einer pragmatischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Du bist eine Teamfähige und Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
