Wir suchen zur Weiterentwicklung der ERP Applikation einen motivierten Product Owner mit Flair für Software Entwicklung und UX. Unsere selbst entwickelte ERP Applikation (C#, Container auf Kubernetes, Razor) stellt die Grundlage für unsere Arbeitsprozesse dar und wird von mehr als 2000 Mitarbeitenden genutzt. Das ERP-System wird für Prozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette angewendet, u.a. für Produktdaten-Pflege, Category Management, Logistik und Accounting. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team aus mehreren Softwareentwicklern und Softwareentwicklerinnen und einem UX Designer sorgst du dafür, dass unser ERP eine coole User Experience bietet und gleichzeitig von unseren Software Teams einfach weiterentwickelt werden kann. Einerseits arbeitet ihr an den technischen Grundlagen der verteilten ERP Applikation und andererseits sorgt ihr für den Aufbau eines neu zu entwickelnden Design System und besserer Bedienbarkeit.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du und dein Team verantworten alle Grundlagen unserer ERP Applikation u.a. den UI Komponentenkatalog, das Rechtesystem und zahlreichen weiteren Frameworks.
- Von über 15 Scrum Teams und verschiedenen Business-Abteilungen holst du regelmässig Feedback ab und diskutierst weitere Verbesserungsmassnahmen.
- Anhand von datengestützten Entscheiden priorisierst du die Verbesserungsideen und bringst sie mit deinem Entwicklungsteam in agilen Projekten zur Umsetzung.
- Mit deinem analytischen Denken und deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe arbeitest du dich laufend in neue Themen ein.
- Du führst keine Mitarbeitenden direkt, aber als fachlicher Lead und Visionär prägst du die Kultur im Team, der Entwicklungsabteilung und der gesamten Firma.

**Anforderungen**:

- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung mit in der Rolle als technischer Product Owner, technischer Projektleiter oder Projektleiterin oder Software Engineer im Bereich der agilen Software Entwicklung.
- Kenntnisse über andere ERP Systeme, verteilte Architekturen und Design Systeme sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hast Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen und bringst ein gutes Gespür für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdergruppen mit.
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
