The Risk Assessment & Measurement Crew within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) provides strategic tooling that enables all three lines of defense to deliver against their non-financial risk mandates across the firm, while increasing the use of data and automation.
- We’re looking for a Product Owner to:
- have the overall responsibility for the product strategy, delivery roadmap as well as OKRs (Objective and Key results) constantly evolving the product
- build up a deep understanding of the business context and act on behalf of business stakeholders when managing the change backlog as well as guide agile pods by defining and prioritizing epics and user stories to achieve business goals
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- motivate and energize pod members, mitigate impediments, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors toward internal and external stakeholders and clients
- define the set of necessary competencies in the pod in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads, provide regular feedback to ensure high performance

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Risk Assessment & Measurement Crew within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance Zurich office (hybrid work model possibility). The crew is international with colleagues based in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Poland, India and United States. In addition to ongoing work on other products, the current key focus of the crew is to deliver the following new products:
- next generation policy management tool with an enhanced end-user experience, authoring capability and automated authoring and approval workflows
- integrated workflow solution, connected within the compliance and operational risk ecosystem, supporting users across GCRG with assurance related testing activities throughout the entire testing lifecycle
- solution to automate and optimize the business approval process with a fully digitized end-to-end process reducing today’s approval time by 50%

**Your expertise**
- university degree, preferably in engineering or finance and at least 5 years of proven work experience in the delivery of complex products to clients in the financial services industry
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as product roadmap
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- expertise in understanding client needs and priorities with ability to transfer them into digestible user stories
- proficiency in English language, both written and spoken with significant experience working in international environments
