**Your role**
- Do you want to play a key role in driving the long-term commercial success of UBS’s products in alignment with our purpose, client promise and strategic imperative? - We're looking for Product Owner in the Client Products area to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key Results) for a pod in the Client Products crew
- focus on the goal to retain and further develop the central client product directory
- deeply understand the needs of our Business counterparts, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of seamless end-to-end experience for our clients while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and client
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
- define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance
- working in multi-national agile environment and support step-wise maturity increase

**Your team**
- You'll be working in our Client Products crew as part of “Be a Client”-stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. Our vision is to make the client interaction as convenient as possible during the entire client lifecycle - easy, fast and seamless

**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
- managing timely escalation and prioritization.
- strong product know how with regards to Client Relationship Management systems
- strong product leadership skills in combination with analytical and conceptual expertise
- being able to learn fast and to switch rapidly between different projects and context
- a team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- good in communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- highly engaged and able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
- excellent in written and spoken English
- being excellent in written and spoken German is a plus
