Do you enjoy creating an environment where pods dare to and feel encouraged to take responsibility for their own mission? - We're looking for Product Owner in the Client Service Data area to: - have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key Results) of our Digital Core Data Distribution pod in the Client Service Data crew - focus on the goal to establish the Digital Core as main source of Client Identifying Data on ‘Need to Know’ principles - globally - drive the implementation and usage of our technology stack (Azure, Elastic Search, Kafka, API, Avro) - deeply understand the needs of our Business counterparts, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals - be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of seamless end-to-end experience for our clients while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies - mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and client - motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being - define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance - working in multi-national agile environment and support step-wise maturity increase **Your team** - You'll be working in our "Client Service Data Crew” as part of “Be a Client”-Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team) - driving actively your strategy to place and evolve the Digital Core Data Distribution Product as the global source for Client Relationship Management Data. - setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) - managing timely escalation and prioritization. - strong product know how with regards to Client Relationship Management Systems - strong product leadership skills in combination with analytical and conceptual expertise - being able to learn fast and to switch rapidly between different projects and context - a team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills - good in communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders at all levels within the organization - highly engaged and able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure - excellent in written and spoken German & English **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
