With sales in excess of $65 million and growing faster than competition in our key categories, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Care is responsible for the growth of our consumer health care brands in our key customers in Switzerland. **Sales and Marketing Coordinator Pharmacy** In a very dynamic and challenging market environment in both the mass market and the pharmacy channel, J&J has moved its focus from pure Consumer Marketing to a more Customer & Shopper centered approach; evaluations of categories and channels, strong partnership with customers, customer & shopper insight delivery and in-store excellence are key tasks of the Customer & Shopper Marketing team. In close collaboration with local Sales and regional cluster Hub Marketing teams, our Customer & Shopper Marketing team concentrates on both Category Development and Trade Marketing with the vision to understand our Customers and Shoppers better than any other competitor and developing unique and winning initiatives as a result. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Support the execution of excellent roll out of defined promotion strategies and plans and conduct post-analyses - Support the development of sales & POS materials, print ads, displays, promotions and instore events - Support the team in local adaption and execution of global/regional strategies, best practices, - materials and promotions - Support the team with different analyses (for example: sales, market and perfect store analyses etc.) - Preparation of customer meetings/sales meeting with corresponding analysis and materials - Close collaboration with cross-functional teams in CE cluster in order to secure optimal synergies in execution of marketing and sales initiatives and product launches **Qualifications** - Higher vocational training (like Kaufmännische Lehre) or comparable - 1-3 years job experience as assistant for Key Account, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Marketing in FMCG, pharmaceutical industry or wholesaler - Fluent in German with good English and basic French knowledge - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.) - Well organized and strong coordination skills and ability to handle deadlines on time - Team player and hands-on mentality - Ability to reflect, learn and grow - Ability to take initiative and be able to own a project - Presentation skills - Ability to cope with a fast moving, complex environment as well as ambiguity and change - Interest in the OTC business **Our offer**: - An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities - A competitive salary, on-site sport accommodations, health/energy programs and other benefits for you and your family. - An inclusive team environment where diversity and different opinions are respected and valued, and the importance of a good work-life balance is recognized.
