**The Role**:
As the project coordinator, you must be able to manage a variety of projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. You must be a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and can work collaboratively or autonomously. You will work closely with the sales, marketing and operations team facilitating requests, updating dashboards, timelines, and calendars.
**_Location: This role is required to be based in Zug, Switzerland and does not offer relocation assistance. _**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with internal and external teams to align on upcoming product launches
- Consistently and accurately update and maintain calendars, timelines, and company-wide dashboards
- Facilitate requests from internal and external teams, including gathering requirements, assigning tasks to creative teams, and ensuring timely delivery of assets
- Serve as a central point of contact for project related inquiries and communications for internal teams
- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and address any potential risks or delays
- Provide regular status updates for project progress to relevant department leads
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiative as needed to drive sales and marketing objectives
**Core Skills and Responsibilities Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiar with project management tools and software: Monday, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- A working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A proactive problem-solver who loves to create and improve processes’ efficiency and quality
- Prior experience working with a global brand or working with several different countries is a plus
