Role Overview

We are looking for a data driven, hands-on person, that doesn't shy away from getting things done. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful launch and scaling of Hypergate Zero, along with supporting the overall brand and product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement across all platforms. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and innovation in the enterprise mobility space.

Tasks
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various media channels e.g. LinkedIn
- Creating customer newsletters and webinars
- Organising customer and partner events
- Working with customers on creating new success stories
- Monitor and control marketing budgets, utilising analytics to maximise ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Skilled in using Google Analytics, AD Campaign, SEO and Tag Manager for data analysis and decision-making
- Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in a technology or software company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with an ability to analyze market trends and align strategies accordingly
- Creativity in developing engaging marketing content and campaigns
- Proficiency in English and German
- Proficiency in design tools for creating marketing images and videos e.g. Canva
