Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made. As a Diversity Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor and consult on the needs of the organization, and design relevant solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide ideas, manage business relationships, and set and execute initiatives to help the business make progress for diversity and inclusion goals. You will represent the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team, manage DEI products and services, and identify our partners' needs. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and operationalize DEI plans that enable clients and businesses to progress on goals. Lead execution of DEI strategy for designated customer portfolio. - Support executive communications on DEI topics. Act as a diversity leader for assigned business or region. - Manage and analyze data to help identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform strategy as well as programming.
