Alvicus AG is a Switzerland based consulting firm operating in the European financial & technology industry. Our clients obtain interim management from our experienced staff and consulting services when it comes to specific questions.

As an Alvicus intern, you will contribute to our mission of bringing a significant impact on society by promoting gender equality.

Your primary role as Diversity & Inclusion Consultant Intern will be to ensure that a company's culture and business practices are fair and inclusive. You will help our team to raise awareness of equality and diversity through online training and workshops. Other tasks include developing and executing diversity strategies, evaluating, and reporting on the company's employee demographics and culture.

Tasks
- Stay current on diversity & inclusion trends and great practices and further build our external eminence on this topic
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team, create culture networks and other stakeholders in the business to strengthen our inclusive culture
- Establish targeted communications on Diversity & Inclusion topics
- Perform market analysis and research
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations
- Assist with daily administrative and project duties

**Requirements**:
Prerequisite to be considered
- You must speak fluent German (C2 or native) & English business fluent
- You must be able to read & understand the prerequisites
- You must live in the greater Zurich area

We are looking for a smart person who is a motivated problem-solver and capable of the following:

- Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for business management, sociology, intercultural communications, human resources, gender studies, psychology or a related field
- You have the first experience building and strengthening an inclusion
- and diversity-oriented culture
- You have strong communication and influencing skills and are able to establish and maintain relationships across
- You like to analyse data as a basis for making decisions
- You are constantly exploring the world of change management and how to sustainably change the culture of an organization
- You are familiar with innovation methodologies such as design thinking and Scrum
- Demonstrated business problem-solving skills
- Proven interest in innovative technologies and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Excel and Powerpoint nerd
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Self-driven personality
