In this challenging and exciting job, you will be responsible for leading the demand and supply planning for spare parts (Customer Service activity), in a context of accelerated supply chain & customer service transformation.

**Your mission**:

- **Analyze consumptions; define and orchestrate the forecasts, **to drive the production needs.
- **Manage the Supply planning process**:

- Plan and review short to long term production plans for the first Cartier Maison product line
- Be responsible of thousand references with a high variety of production processes
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to guarantee on-time deliveries and balance the production plan vs. the actual industrial capacity
- Be proactive and communicate effectively on your scope of product with different partners (Distribution Planner, Manufacturing team, Marketing Services Team)
- **Supervise the Demand & Supply Planning team (4 people)**, with the objective to deliver the best service to our interlocutors (manufactures, RCS network, markets, distribution planning teams ).
- **Impulse and drive the transformation of our processes and planning tools**, to make the best of our data, improve connectivity and transparence with the other teams, and globally gain in flexibility, speed and reactivity.

**Team management**:
You will manage a team of 4 demand & Supply planners. Among your responsibilities, you will:

- Make sure that your organization is appropriate and robust
- Develop the skills of your team
- Establish training and integration plans
- Define and monitor objectives
- Master current and new tools, and coach your team to use them.

**Transformation program**:
The Cartier supply chain team has initiated a major transformation program, which encompasses the way we do consumption forecasts, and how we use them.

As Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be a major contributor to this transformation program, by:

- Challenging the statu quo, and rethinking the demand & supply planning processes
- Working on various time horizons, depending on the objective of the forecast
- Integrate new planning tool/systems (Anaplan) in our Operation environment. Work on the antifragility of our planning process.
- Be part of our Data transformation and collaborate on projects data oriented (Google Cloud Plateform, Python/R Algorithm)
- Design and implement specific Dashboard with Powerful and modern tool (PowerBI/Looker) in order to build a strong Control tower from Manufacturing to Boutiques

This transformation program is supported by our team of data scientists. Therefore you will work closely with them.

**Your profile**
- Master's degree in engineering
- In-depth knowledge of the supply chain domain
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Rigorous reasoning and accuracy with numbers
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Power BI and if possible Anaplan
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to find consensus with various interlocutors
- High level of verbal and written communication: ability to explain clearly and simply complex topics
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- At least 3 years of management experience (team or project)
- Complete fluency in French and English
