Global Supply Planning Analyst

We are looking for a motivated
Global Supply Planning Analyst
to join an international E2E Supply Chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, multicultural environment and play a key role in ensuring global product availability and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a
Global Supply Planning Analyst
, you will focus on
Distribution & Requirement Planning, Inventory Management, and Order Chain Processing
for a dedicated product portfolio. Your mission is to deliver competitive service levels while meeting inventory targets through agile prioritization, smart exception-based planning, and meticulous execution of standardized tasks.

You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, Purchasing, Regulatory, and Customer Service to ensure smooth supply chain operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor, and analyze master & transactional data to ensure reliable material and document flows.
  • Release purchase orders to suppliers worldwide and track replenishments across the global distribution network.
  • Compile accurate procurement plans to support manufacturing capacity reservations.
  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding short-term product availability.
  • Translate demand plans into operational MRP-driven planning using SAP and other tools.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize planning parameters, processes, and reporting.
  • Contribute to operational excellence projects within the Global Supply Planning team.
  • Occasional travel (up to 5%) to meet and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in international Supply Chain (Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Logistics).
  • Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Chemical) is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD & MM modules), MS Office, BI Reporting, and Demand Driven MRP.
  • APICS (CPIM) certification is a plus.
