Demand planning & Market Intelligence (M/F)

with an efficient and independent way of working, who also has the following characteristics and qualif ications.

As a part of the operative Marketing, you will play a pivotal role inside the company between the supply chain, the customer service, the management and sales teams in order to offer the high-quality standard expected by the customers and our company.

More in detail, you will have a key function in the following areas of responsibility:
Forecasting

Grant the execution of the monthly demand planning process being responsible for long
- and short-term forecasts at product and customer level

Ensure forecast accuracy collecting information about upcoming market trends and insights by commercial areas

Support and advise Area Managers and Sales Reps. in the operative planning considering visit plan, integrated planning and geo-marketing data

Analyse commercial reports (budget actual vs target) leveraging consolidated data in CRM)

Market Trend Analysis

Analyze the macroeconomic dynamics, car parc dynamics, OEMs and competitors programs and positioning, consumer behaviors and regulations, suggesting the implementation of strategic plans accordingly

Conduct sales territory coverage studies, collecting market information on customers preferences

Competitive intelligence

Lead the development of solutions that bring insights to different issues such as targeting customers, segmenting markets, product design, marketing optimization, demand forecasting and price analyzes

Lead the analysis of competitor and sales trends to maintain competitive intelligence databases

**You bring**:
Business or technical studies (Bachelor/ Master)

Ideally initial experience in forecasting/planning

Solid computer skills (MS Excel, MS Access)

Business English is a prerequisite as well as good level of Italian or German

Distinctive flair for numbers and analytical thinking

Independent, responsible work in dynamic team

Problem solving and information gathering

Proactiveness, reliability and precision
