Tasks

We are seeking a visionary and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Commercial. In this both strategic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for driving key commercial relationships and agreements on our projects, initiate growth initiatives and support the commercial and financial steering of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Driving key commercial relationships and agreements**:

- Work closely together with our project development team, internally and externally, to design and build FUELLA’s first flagship green ammonia plant
- Design and negotiate key commercial agreements for our projects, including offtake, O&M, and development services

**Support growth**:

- Identify commercial partners, for instance for offtake and O&M, and build strong relationships
- Analyze and prioritize new markets
- Identify and assess new projects, including cash flow modelling
- Support the further development of the corporate infrastructure of FUELLA

Facilitate the commercial and financial steering of the company:

- Support the annual financial budgeting and reporting processes with commercial inputs Support the strategy process of the company with data and analysis for decision making, on markets and trends

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in engineering and/ or business, ideally academic degrees in both
- Previous experience in a similar commercial role, and proven experience with negotiation of commercial contracts; proven track record in driving commercial initiatives
- Good understanding of the technicalities and economics of the production of hydrogen and green ammonia
- Previous experience in a consulting setup is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results
- Solid financial modeling skills, and good understanding of project financing
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Project management experience, with the ability prioritize changing and multiple tasks
- Fluency in English is needed; Norwegian is a plus, as well as any other language
- Open for pragmatic, hands-on work and problem solving in a highly dynamic and young company
