**Location**

This role is open globally, however the best time zone is for most of the team is CET. The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

**Key Responsibilities**
- TMS Business Program Manager: Coordinate the global implementation of the standard TMS package in key countries in close alignment with the IS and Business Operations organizations
- Change Management: Identify areas for improvement and required adjustments to enable effective use of the TMS solution. Guide local operations in their journey to adjust.
- Application Ownership: Act as owner of the global TMS solution blueprint. Balance the need for consistency with flexibility to incorporate local requirements.
- Measure Performance: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure progress, track results, and drive accountability.
- Development: Identify to expand scope of the TMS solution, e.g. by further integration with SAP Ariba PO Management solution, SAP GTS customs clearance process to enable seamless end-to-end execution.
- Best Practices: Research and implement new technologies, promote best practices, and support process standardization globally to ensure consistency and excellence in execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain with a university degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in Transport Management Systems and transport operations management.
- Proven success in driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and implement data-driven solutions, including experience with digital tools and process automation.
- Skilled in change/project management with excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
