State of the art technology supports the product portfolio and goes along with many opportunities to further develop your skill set. **Strategic Program Director, Essential and Skin Health EMEA** **Position overview** This position will be accountable for driving critical end-to-end supply chain transformational projects that drive significant improvements on ROIC for the Essentials and Skin Health Supply Chain The position will report to the End-to-End Supply Chain Leader Essential & Skin Health and will be a member of the EMEA Essential and Skin Health Supply Chain Leadership Team. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Direct the delivery of major cost improvement programs for EH & SH across the Region and in the Clusters - Drive the Execution of Global product harmonization opportunities through Project Harmony - Lead eCommerce Supply Chain strategy for EMEA - Lead Regional Trade Customization activities, orchestrating closely with Cluster teams - Partnering with Make, Deliver and Plan orchestrate transportation optimization opportunities maximizing asset utilization while ensuring high levels of agility - Drive SLOB reduction program across the EMEA Region - Track the delivery of net delivered cost savings providing updates to the EMEA SCLT on performance versus plan - Develop and implement a robust process to continually generate new value maximization opportunities for the region. An advanced degree is welcome. Ideally in engineering, supply chain, or relevant field is a plus. - A minimum of 10 to 12 years of diverse experience across different areas of the Supply Chain is required, including direct experience with Project and Portfolio Mgmt. Previous experience in strategic roles required. - Proven ability to manage interrelated projects and identify appropriate methods to collect and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop appropriate solutions based on the findings. - Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and white space required. Strong technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results is necessary. - Proven knowledge with portfolio management at a franchise / business unit level highly preferred with a strong ability to determine and drive the most appropriate course of action to reach a decision in a timely manner, engaging appropriate experts and leaders. - Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles and how to leverage this knowledge to make sound business decisions and/or recommendations to achieve business goals in a complex environment with multiple layers of stakeholders. - Demonstrated understanding/ability to consolidate, optimize and prioritize a portfolio of programs under constraints in a dynamic manner, specifically allocating and re-allocating resources
