**About the Role**:
As the Director, Strategic Planning, you’ll influence Herbalife’s long-term direction through global competitive intelligence insights, supporting high-level decision-making, and analyzing key trends across the wellness and nutrition industries. This strategic leadership role is central to identifying growth opportunities, assessing potential threats, and enabling cross-functional alignment on major initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across corporate functions, commercial teams, and regional markets to ensure Herbalife remains competitive, agile, and insight-driven.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead global competitive intelligence efforts and monitor industry trends, innovation, and key competitor strategies.
- Provide actionable insights that guide executive-level decision-making.
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for new market entries.
- Develop data-driven models and scenario analyses to support key business initiatives.
- Support global and regional business partners through business analysis and strategic consulting projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies and run strategic planning workshops.

**Our Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or FP&A in a global organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally, including with executive leadership.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in direct selling, wellness, or gig economy business models is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
