We are searching for the best talent for a Director E2E Product Planning This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Beerse, BE; Cork, Ireland; Schaffhausen, CH; Zug, CH.

In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for driving the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products from an End-to-End perspective across all dimensions of the Supply Chain.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Direct the End-to-End team responsible for creating a balanced supply plan that takes into account operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proactively identify potential constraints and issues, and develop global solutions.
- Lead and collaborate across the Supply Chain to achieve cash-flow targets through effective inventory management.
- Ensure clear understanding and communication regarding the business implications arising from trade-offs related to specific brands.
- Actively participate in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Cultivate a talent pipeline while promoting a culture of engagement within the team.
- Identify and lead continuous improvements in planning processes that support the ATP2.0 roadmap.
- Proactively identify and address potential product supply challenges through leadership in the Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) process.

**Qualifications**

**Education**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree is required; MBA and/or focused degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain

**Experience and Skills**

**Required**
- At least ten (10) years of experience in Supply Chain (e.g., logistics, planning, etc.)
- Experience in direct supervisory/team management
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior partners
- Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on critical thinking and execution
- Customer-focused mindset with a results and performance-driven approach

**Preferred**
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of SAP/OMP systems

**Other**
- This position may require up to 25% domestic and international travel
