**Director E2E Supply Chain analytics and Reliability**

Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) in Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Director, E2E Supply Chain Analytics and Reliability. This position can be located at a JSC site in New Jersey or in major locations in Europe like Switzerland and Belgium.

The Director E2E Supply Chain Analytics and Reliability will report to the leader of Value Chain Excellence team in the Value Chain Management Organization.

**Description**:
This position leads the team in providing insights into the e2e supply chain performance, provide modeling capabilities, drive the digitalization and the integration into the business processes.

As part of the e2e performance, this role leads supply chain reliability (incl. STEM) for JSC by providing insights to potential supply disruptions, the analysis of leading indicators and together with other functions recommending sustainable corrective actions that positively impact JSC supply outcome metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E2E SC Performance Management**:

- Provide e2e SC performance insights to Value Chain Management and the broader JSC organization
- Support the Value Chain Leaders (VCLs) and Value Chain Teams (VCTs) with insights into the e2e supply chain performance as an input to their operational and strategic work.
- Lead the e2e supply chain performance framework, improve the concept and the availability of metrics. Actively support the concept of trade off decision making.
- Lead the center of excellence for e2e supply chain metrics; drive standardization of these metrics across JSC, define and document standards and ensure people using these metrics in their work are well trained

**Reliability**:

- Lead the team in driving JSC supply reliability outcomes through analysis of historic performance and leading indicators to drive sustainable improvement actions thru the functions
- Lead the STEM (short term exceptions management) process for JSC in close collaboration with Planning, the focus in this role will be to provide visibility, analysis, and drive improvement action in the functions.
- Provide analysis to identify systemic issues, establish sense of urgency in addressing these, develop methodology around prioritization, corrective action planning and drive conflict resolution across the supply chain functions.
- Regularly communicate on the status of supply reliability and e2e performance to senior leaders of JSC

**Digital Product Ownership**:

- Create the digital strategy and roadmap for e2e SC performance management, ensure the roadmap is funded and carried out.
- Provide digital product business ownership over the key digital products in e2e SC performance management.
- Work with the functional leads to drive standardization and automation of key metrics and actively support the development of E2E Digital Value Chain

**Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor and develop the e2e analytics team. Ensure the team have the vital skills.
- Manage major projects as a team leader, maintains oversight of data analytics, implementation status and redirects priorities as required.
- Develops team by providing stretch and global assignments to broaden exposure and develop strategic and functional expertise

**Qualifications** Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree preferred.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- 10 years Supply Chain business experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of e2e supply chain, good understanding of the key SC functions eg. Value Chain Management, Operations, Quality, Planning, Deliver and Procurement.
- Deep insight and understanding of overall business environment
- Strong consensus management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- A strong understanding of data analysis and causal factor assessment
- Experience with digitalization
- Strong systems and data management skills
- Strong and methodical process thinker. Ability to understand the linkage between strategy, outcomes, drivers, and business processes

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the Pharma value chains, good
