Serve as the Regional lead, across all Supply Chain functions, for the Consumer Health Separation Program and Separation Management Office (SMO), for the implementation of the new Consumer Operating model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive regional readiness for “Company in a Company” and Day 1, including data disposition and policy simplification. Lead regional Consumer Healthcare transition through to “business as usual” in standalone company through strong regional program management, robust process automation while leveraging SMEs in regions and functions.
- Lead the regional cross functional team in completion of Separation activities including change planning, employee experience/onboarding and ensuring business continuity through Hypercare.
- Lead the implementation of standup capabilities across all Supply Chain functions by developing and aligning the operational plans for the conversion of all TSA capabilities into permanent capabilities across all Supply Chain functions, including opportunities for acceleration, fully synchronized with the regional PMO lead.
- Communicate status updates to Global Separation Management Office (SC&O PMO) and Regional Supply Chain Leadership team, influencing senior leadership for the prioritization of critical initiatives and escalation of risks.
- Develop, gain alignment, and track progress of regional, cross-functional risk mitigation plans. Ensure E2E flows (inter and intra-regionally) and activities remain intact as we execute plans within functions and markets.
- Establish pipeline of regional cost avoidance programs through smart deployment of resource and use of advisors. Ensure that all opportunities for optimization are captured and incorporated in operations plans.

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the healthcare/consumer industries
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in End-to-End Supply Chain
- Knowledge of Consumer business and end-to-end distribution
- Track record of large project delivery
- Experience managing large, complex budgets
- Experience managing large, multi-location teams
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills; multi-language skill is a plus
- Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously
- Experience in working with multiple competing stakeholders and priorities
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders and across complex matrix organizations
- Ability to influence senior leadership teams
