**Finance Manager, EMEA Consumer Health Supply Chain FP&A**

The **Global Consumer Health Supply Chain FP&A team **is recruiting for a **Finance Manager** responsible for leading the **EMEA** region, based in the UK (Pinewood) or Switzerland (Zug).

Our purpose is to maximize business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business toward a healthier future.

A rotation in the FP&A team enables individuals to develop key skills for a future finance leader at J&J: problem-solving, framing, team management, peer leadership, change management and influencing skills, data-analytics technology expertise, ability to handle lots of data intelligently and exposure to senior finance management.

The **Finance Manager will lead the EMEA SC FP&A Team** to deliver financial planning, reporting & analytics relative to Gross Profit and other key SC metrics for the region, through effective and tight business partnerships with Supply Chain Business Unit Finance, Supply Chain Pillars (e.g. Source, Make, Deliver, PIC), Global Services and leveraging SC FP&A regional peers around the world. Collaborating with the EMEA Commercial FP&A business partners is equally important in order to clearly articulate and validate the commercial impact on the Gross Profit financial story.

**S/he plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering EMEA strategic plan for Gross Profit and SC financial metrics,** heavily focused on monitoring performance against supply chain specific targets (e.g. COGS/CNIS). The Finance Manager leads the establishment and adoption of regional calendar activities, including alignment across cross-functional key stakeholders (e.g. Commercial) to achieve deliverables and deadlines per the globally standardized calendar.

- Develop in-person and virtual people management skills

**The Finance Manager will manage up to a total team of 3 people (2 direct reports) **and responsible for performance management, development and coaching, as well as monitoring team performance against goals and objectives. It is expected that this role plays as the right-hand person for the SC CH Regional FD in controlling financial SC performance.

**Qualifications**
EDUCATION**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineer
- An advanced degrees or certifications such as a MBA, CPA, CMA, or other applicable certification is preferred

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills, previous excel modeling and PowerPoint deck creation/storytelling experience is required
- Understanding of data visualization techniques, tools, and design principles is preferred
- Consistent demonstration of leadership presence, influence and framing skills, with ability to anticipate with proactive diagnosis are required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage people, with a proven track record of elevating employee/team performance, is required
- Ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, including interacting with senior leadership, and operate well in a highly complex, heavily matrixed & ambiguous environment is required
