Planning is one of the critical foundational pillars identified by JnJ Supply Chain strategy that is essential to building the world’s best supply chain. Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital. At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating the future trends and disrupters and building capabilities to leverage and take advantage of these being agile enough to ensure we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.

Part of the Global Plan Excellence Team, the Global Supply Planning team is accountable for designing the Supply Planning strategy (people/process/tools) and ensuring flawless execution regionally. This team drives continuous improvements to create value, increase efficiency, and support business growth through operational excellence as well as coaching in our J&J Consumer markets & plants. The team works hand in hand with the various regional planning leaders, as well as SC finance and manufacturing partners around the globe.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The main mission of this role will be to support the Global Planning organization to streamline, strengthen the current planning foundations (people capabilities, processes & ways of working, some tools) and ensure consistency in the Regions to drive efficiency and continuity as a stand-alone company.
- Co-Design and own the Supply Planning processes, policies, tools, and methodologies in line with industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of new processes, tools, ways of working and capabilities to drive efficiency within the Supply Planning teams whilst ensuring balanced delivery of inventory, customer service and cost.
- Secure adherence for key supply processes/practices in markets through close monitoring, community building and ad-hoc informal audits.
- Participate to the development and roll out of our capabilities program to ensure consistency of knowledge, practices, and level of understanding across the whole planning community.
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes, related reports, and metrics
- Support the team in leading edge thinking to identify future opportunities in People, Systems, Tools and Processes
- Run/Animate the Global community gatherings
- Partner with related functions within and outside of Supply chain such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, and IT to ensure efficient and integrated business processes and E2E business approach.
- Can lead implementation of improvements using project management methodologies
- Can support manager in organization design or re-design to ensure the company remains in touch with best practices and cost competitive.

**Qualifications**
Education and Experience**:

- Relevant education within Supply chain Management at least bachelor level.
- 6-8 years of Operational supply planning experience within FMCG (fast moving consumer goods).
- In depth knowledge of Supply Planning methods and industry best practices.
- Thorough understanding of Supply network modeling.
- Very good knowledge level of cost drivers within supply chain - Production, Logistics, Inventory optimization, packaging innovation and the interdependence of various planning KPIs.
- Experience within a Supply chain environment and change management.
- Has proven project management skills being able to deliver complex projects in time while managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other Experience: Six Sigma, SAP ERP, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools, APICS, FPX, Lean Process excellence trainings or certification appreciated
- Good understanding of Integrated Business Planning/ Advanced S&OP
