The Medical Devices Supply Chain supports $23 billion USD in Sales, Global Net Inventory of $4 billion, and > 180,000 SKUs (2020 actuals) **Position summary** The Global Leader is responsible for developing, deploying and executing best in class Production Planning and Supply Network Planning processes, incorporating into their role the accountability to develop and implement the necessary strategies and tools to build capabilities for our Plan leaders. Additionally, Global Leader will assure integration of the E2E Planning model ensuring consistent and efficient inputs and outputs of plan processes. Responsibilities include assuming ownership for all blueprint documents developed under the PP and SNP work streams (e.g. SIPOC, RACI, Process Decomposition, Supply Review, Source / Procurement, Inventory Mgt. target setting). Responsible for influencing large-scale global and regional teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data, improving the decision-making process to optimize processes and results (impact) across the global business. Responsible for maintaining senior leader engagement in the PP and SNP process to ensure that decisions are taken within the process and progress is being delivered to plan with respect to full deployment and benefit of PP and SNP blueprint. Ensures the balance between standardization versus harmonization with franchise & region-specific needs using a fact-based approach **Responsibilities** Development, deployment and execution according to process standards as per MD Plan blueprint and supporting Enterprise standards. Maintain standard systems and analytics strategies essential in executing Plan processes and solutions across MD Planning organizations Lead the PP and SNP blueprint deployments in a standard and harmonized manner across all MD franchises and regions. Benchmark best practices internal and external to J&J and incorporate into MD PP and SNP processes and systems architecture. Actively manage and develop internal talent to build MD capabilities in PP and SNP processes to build efficient and highly effective teams **Qualifications** Qualifications**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations or related discipline is required. Masters and MBA highly preferred. - A minimum of 15 years of related Supply Chain experience is required. - A minimum of 5 years people management/supervisory experience is required. - A minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Planning experience is strongly preferred. - Strong background / experience in Plan processes and systems is required. - Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) desirable - This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ, and other Hub locations (e.g. Zug, Brussels) will be considered on a case by case basis.
