This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable **Credo** Johnson & Johnson Consumer Europe, a member of Johnson and Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Supply Planning Manager. **Global Supply Planning Excellence Manager** The Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager is a Global role responsible for the Supply Planning processes focused on MPS, line scheduling and RCCP. This leader works very closely with the regional planning teams and the global planning and digital community. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Identify and implement the key capabilities that will drive benchmark results in service and inventory developing the people, tools and processes capabilities of the New Consumer Health Care company. - Map current processes, partner internally and externally to identify best practices and ensure development and implementation of those capabilities. - Direct the integrated supply chain inventory, on time in full results, segmentation strategies and setting / governing policies and parameters for supply planning. - Travel Requirements: 10% travel domestically and internationally. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. MBA or equivalent preferred. - Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS) desirable - 4+ years related experience - Experience with SC planning - Experience leading cross functional teams - Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems. - Ability to develop, coach and guide a leadership team in the execution, strategies, and realization of functional and company goals. - Ability to coach & develop accountable, diverse and global leaders who inspire and motivate others. - Ability to forge collaboration across all levels of the enterprise & externally. - Ability to influence at all levels both within the Supply Chain, in a matrix environment and externally. - Demonstrates deep knowledge of best practices and benchmarks, corporate objectives, and resource availability to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects - Uses in-depth knowledge in supply chain planning and financial considerations to design, articulate and implement the long term vision and lead efforts to socialize it with other functions across the organization **Our offer**: - An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities - A competitive salary, on-site sport accommodations, health/energy programs and other benefits for you and your family. - An inclusive team environment where diversity and different opinions are respected and valued, and the importance of a good work-life balance is recognized.
