**About Us**:Our EMEA MedTech Supply Chain organization plays a vital role in ensuring that life-changing medical devices and products reach healthcare providers and patients when they need them most. We have an exciting and challenging opportunity within our team as a Hospital Logistics Snr. Manager covering the EMEA region. This role will be part of our Supply Chain Hospital Logistics team and contribute to our mission of developing and deploying cutting-edge Hospital Logistics solutions to enable healthcare workers to better focus on what matters most: the patients.

The position can be located in any of our locations across EMEA.

**Scope of Work**:
**Customer Solutions**:Hospital Logistics

Co-Develop Strategy for Hospital Logistics solution in alignment with EMEA Supply Chain (SC) Strategy and Vision.

Lead a sub-set of customer facing solutions as product owner, develop roadmaps for these solutions, actively manage interdependencies, lead regional execution.
- Gather senior leadership alignment on market and regional level for the test & learn and market releases of these right-sized and scalable solutions and secure appropriate funding to drive them through governance and development cycles.
- Incubate and leverage on highly effective cross-functional teams to define IT requirements, ensure highest levels of compliance and drive with speed.
- Support countries as expert with the initial launch of solutions.

Develop further our solution offering in the non-digital space, especially in the field of lean and value stream mapping, by bringing different country level programs together, identifying individuals locally to be trained for scale.

- Design the appropriate training for the key stakeholders across the owned category of solutions

Lead the SC customer engagement program pilots across 6 markets and drive wave 2 of the program to additional key markets. This includes and is not limited to:

- Collaborating in selected major and mid-size markets with Supply Chain Leads, Strategic Account Managers, Commercial Excellence, Procurement, etc. to effectively address the needs of our customers and position SC as value creator.
- Drives quantitative and qualitative research to understand fit and organisational change needed plus go to market opportunities for SC solutions in focus.
- Leverages extensive eye for business and existing connections to HCPs to craft pilots within accounts to trial customer solutions and the SC engagement model.
- Gathers non-clinical needs and transforms these into process requirements and solution features for upstream or local development.
- Continuously enhance our toolkit by using best practices and processes from various markets that can be scaled across the region.
- Develop value-based solutions for critical deals and customer accounts, shaping relationships that drive mutual value.

Develop and shape external relationships to drive future solution development. Build effective external working relationships with in
- and cross-industry KOLs, research institutes, technology providers, etc. Scout for trends, programs / initiatives that impact the region.

(Co-)Lead initiatives and programs aiming at our SC strategic priorities as needed.
