Are you organized? Are you forward thinking? Are you part project manager, part strategist, and part data remediation manager? Do you want to play a key role in mobilising a new workstream?

**We're looking for a Project Manager to**:

- manage a Taxonomy Test and Data Remediation workstream
- implement a repeatable process to correct and improve Taxonomy data accuracy, completeness and timeliness
- implement and coordinate the front to back testing of IT changes to standardise taxonomies across the enterprise according to data sponsor priorities
- build effective relationships and communication channels with key data stakeholders and IT teams across the organisation
- manage a team of individuals across project teams ensuring efficient use of resources
- deliver regulatory mandated and business critical change on time and on budget
- partner with the business to identify future opportunities, and build business cases to prioritise and deliver

Description du profil
- strong project, test and data remediation management skills
- experience in managing data improvement initiatives and front to back testing (test management) with business stakeholders including impact assessment, simulations and large scale data change across multiple systems
- experience in regulatory programs with external facing reporting and evidential documentation standards
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
- able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
- expertise in effectively managing stakeholders (in both the business and technology areas) at senior management level including being able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
- Good understanding of Risk hierarchies within IB, Retail Banking and Wealth Management areas
- Good understanding of Agile practices and experience as a Product Owner
- proven experience in Data Management in Financial Services / Banking Industry
- proven expertise in data analysis ((Alteryx) tools and techniques (including large volume data analysis)
- experience in regulatory programs and preferably with the data management requirements in regulations such as BCBS 239, IFRS and CCAR
- experience in complex matrix managed change programs
