Are you passionate about driving the business success and personal development of Julius Baer’s front office colleagues? Do you favour a culture of continuous learning and growth? As a Programme Coordinator/Junior Programme Manager in the Front Development team of the Julius Baer Academy, you play a key role in developing the next generation of relationship managers at Julius Baer, in line with the Bank’s strategic ambitions and business needs.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Coordinate the rollout of the pilot programme for the development of Julius Baer’s next generation of relationship managers in close collaboration with the responsible programme manager (coordination of trainers and coaches, organisation of course modules, quality management, budgeting, etc.)
- Take responsibility for the internal and external recruiting, selection, matching and deployment of relationship manager talents in close collaboration with HR and the front regions
- Act as the key contact person for interested talents and programme participants (answer requests, support course registrations, track progress, etc.)
- Promote and communicate the new programme, attract internal as well as external talents
- Support the set-up of the community of future relationship managers
- Actively engage in other learning & development initiatives of the Julius Baer Academy to foster life-long learning of employees and competitive advantage of the Bank
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Higher education/qualification in HR, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Psychology or Pedagogy
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in HR, corporate learning & development or in a front office role in the financial industry
- Experience in recruiting, talent management or community management is a plus
- Passion to support and accompany front talents on their learning journey
- Excellent organisational skills with reliable, structured and results-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and high level of service excellence to find best solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with learning management systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality with a growth mindset
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written), French or Italian is an advantage
