Management:

- Effectively develop and implement structured reporting solutions to facilitate the energy trading activities business including decision making support
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs, processes, and systems with respect to the Group’s energy trading activities

Transactions:

- Review and comment on material oil, gas and power business transactions from financial perspective.
- Review and analyze costs associated with energy trading business
- Design, update and implement business models, systems and flows to capture trading information fully and accurately
- Provide all necessary support to Operations and Trading teams on all energy trade transactions

Reporting:

- Implement and manage a global reporting, budgeting, and forecasting system to aid business decision making with respect to oil, Gas and power trading.
- Streamline the month end process for energy transactions ensuring all realized and unrealized P&L, margin and cash entries are correctly and timely recorded in the ERP
- Cash flow reporting and projections preparation
- Review accounting information with an analytical and business perspective
- Work with front and middle office to understand P&L drovers and produce business-oriented P&L reports
- Review, develop and implement cost capturing and reporting systems within the organization in tandem with various departments.
- Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts and analyses and report on differences.
- Provide financial analyses as needed for energy pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Coordinating financial statements audit process for the Energy trading group entities
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures

Compliance:

- Review and provide comments on proposed and/or executed agreements with respect to the financial specifics of energy business and profit-making perspective.
- Provision of information to internal and external auditors for all reviews and audits.

**Requirements**:
**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
