**Vacancy**:Controller - Multinational Company, Zug (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for a **Controller **for our client, a multinational company based in **Zug**. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). **Your Responsibilities as** **Controller - Multinational Company, Zug (f/m/x)**
- Producing consolidated financial statements.
- Coordinate preparation of annual accounts (drafting accounts, timetables, footnotes responsibilities, etc.).
- Define consolidation scope, coordinate audit fees and reconciliation to management accounts.
- Preparation of footnotes and overall consolidated annual accounts.
- Ensures cash flow management and prepares liquidity forecasts.
- Leads reconciliation of funding entities and grant sub ledgers.
- Coordinates invoice and grant payment processing and ensures accrual calculation.
- Answering questions from internal and external auditors.
- Supporting performance reporting and liquidity planning.
- Quarterly management reporting.
- Serving as the linking pin between the Business Controller (planning & Performance) and the Financial Controlling team.
- Lead and direct multiple projects, managing resources and monitoring progress on a continuous basis.

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
- Several years of well-rounded financial controller experience in an international environment or equivalent practical experience
- Good knowledge of IFRS and consolidation
- Familiar with ICS
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
