Junior Financial Controller

Our client is a very sucessful, international, listed metals group with production companies all over the world and commercial office in Zug / Switzerland.
We are looking for the younger person with high potential as
**Junior Financial Controller**:
**Main Purpose**
Reporting to the Manager Financial Controlling & Reporting this person works close together with the centralized Accounting Department, Treasury Department, Trading Desks and Shipping Department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute the month end trade accounting close for the profit center based on International Accounting standards IFRS
- Prepare monthly IFRS P/L statements and working capital reporting
- Daily P/L reporting per desk, incl. attribution and commentary
- Carry out effective daily controls over disbursement and cost monitoring function
Reporting:
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports to management and sales divisions
- Active participation in monthly and quarterly accounting close procedures
- Assist Senior Financial Controller with G&A reporting and processes
- Provide support for annual budget campaign
**Professional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in an international environment, preferably in the commodity trading industry
- Working knowledge with ERP, especially SAP FI/CO and BW
- Chartered Accounting qualification, preferably big four experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential
- Strong analytical, problem solving and financial skills
- Excellent verbal and written command of English is essential
