**Was du bewegst**:

Definition und Weiterentwicklung der künftigen Reporting Landschaft und Governance. Entwicklung einer Roadmap für deren Implementierung
Effiziente Umsetzung eines möglichst einheitlichen und durchgängigen Reportings über sämtliche Funktionen und Standorte hinweg
Leitung und/oder Mitarbeit in Schlüsselprojekten im Bereich Reporting
Durchgängige (end-to-end) Definition, Implementierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen (inkl. Systemunterstützung), welche keinem spezifischen Funktionsbereich zugeordnet werden können
Schaffung einer Reporting Community durch Vernetzung der verschiedenen Key Players
Technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung bei Fragestellungen rund um das Reporting
Strukturierung und Priorisierung sämtlicher Reporting Anforderungen

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Bachelor-Studium (Universität, Fachhochschule)**:

Betriebswirtschaft oder IT

**mind. 4 Jahre**:

Betriebswirtschaft oder IT

**Deutsch (fliessend)**:
**Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)**:
**Französisch (von Vorteil)**:

Umfassende Erfahrung im Reporting in einem SAP-basierten Umfeld (SAP R/3, S/4, SAP BW, etc.)
Gutes Geschäftsprozessverständnis und Erfahrung, wie man diese in SAP Systemen abbildet. Gutes Verständnis der modulübergreifenden Integration in SAP.
Gute Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement Kenntnisse
Fähigkeit integrativ und funktionsübergreifend zu denken und lösungsorientiert zu handeln
Erfahrung mit der Identifikation und Strukturierung von Reporting-Daten (Data Cubes, etc.)
Erfahrung im Change Management im Zusammenhang mit der Implementierung neuer IT Systeme oder Reorganisationen
Kenntnisse in PowerBI
