**What You Can Expect**:
National Sales Manages FAST sales team with focus on growing sales and fostering relationships to be converted into future sales. Plans and execute account acquisition strategy, in accordance with company strategy and full alignment and collaboration with EMEA, DACH and local organization.

**How You Create Impact**:

- National Sales Manages the FAST sales reps team to reach sales targets (FAST: Foot& Ankle, Sportsmed (incl. EI and Arthroscopy products), Trauma)
- Develops relationships with Key Accounts to drive sales, develop existing relationship and acquire new accounts.
- Develops sales and marketing strategies and drives its execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage.
- Interacts with EMEA Trauma and Sportsmed leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g. MedEd, Regulatory Affairs) to bring the voice of the market.
- Interacts with local and DACH organization, to ensure perfect alignment with other segments (e.g.: DACH Marketing cluster, Switzerland Strategic Account Manager, Switzerland Leadership team etc )

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- Degree in sales management, business administration, or similar with 5-8 years business experience.
- Proven track record in the health care sector, with exceptional capabilities to drive sales.
- Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan and execute on sales opportunities.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Strong knowledge in Orthopedics; ideally in Trauma and Sportsmed with knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies.
- Demonstrates people management skills, has sales drive with a winning attitude; independent, reliable, responsible, focused, loyal, willing to learn.
- Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities.
